2. Order Processing Time


  • All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Malaysian public holidays).
  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email containing your international tracking number.

We ship globally from our central distribution hub in Malaysia via premier international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and tracked postal networks. Depending on the final destination, local delivery within your country may be handled by your respective national postal service.

  • *Customs Clearance: While express services like UPS typically deliver within 3 to 5 business days, occasional delays may occur during local customs inspections and clearance procedures in your destination country. This is standard for international imports and is beyond our shipping carrier's control.


  • ¹Middle East & UAE Deliveries: Due to regional postal routing variations, international tracking milestones are updated regularly up to the arrival hub; however, final local coordinates may offer limited point-to-point updates depending on the local domestic courier provider.


4. How to Track Your Order

  • PayPal Tracking Update: As soon as your package is dispatched, your tracking number will be uploaded directly into your PayPal transaction. PayPal will automatically email you the tracking details to the email address associated with your payment.
  • Tracking on Official Carrier Websites:
  • For UPS, FedEx, & DHL: You can track your package directly on the official UPS, FedEx, or DHL websites respectively using the tracking number provided in your PayPal receipt.
  • For Postal Shipments (via Malaysia Post): Once your package arrives in your destination country, it will be handled by your local domestic postal service. For the most accurate, real-time delivery updates, copy your tracking number and paste it directly into your national carrier's tracking system:
